To estimate your New York City property taxes for the 2025/2026 fiscal year, please follow the steps below:

Step 1. Select the borough in which your property is located.
Step 2. Enter the block and lot numbers of your property. You may search for your block and lot numbers next to the related field below.
Step 3. Click on the <Get My Value> button.
Step 4. Enter the amount you believe your house is worth in the red box next to Home Estimate.
Step 5. Click on the <Get My Value> button again.
